Pop Music In Wales

Is anyone else completely annoyed with pop music being the only thing played? It’s only ever pop or classical music on the radio stations and only recently have bands like paramore or Elliot Minor got a mention. Kerrang radio is only in wales i think at the moment (except for on the tv). There is hardly any rock or metal music being played! A lot of people haven’t even heard of a lot of great rock bands! I don’t have sky, only freeview and the only music channels are the hits or tmv..only playing the music i like really late.
Why is this? And is any1 else annoyed?
Yes, they need to play more hard rock and metal on radio and tv. Pop music gets on my nerves, they have the most pointless songs, also most R&B songs do too. Since MTV has stopped playing music, there has been so much less Rock Music everywhere
